- 100 Gm Corainder Leaves
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 No. Green Chillies
- ½ Tsp Salt
- ½ Tsp Amchur Powder
- ½ Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder
- ½ Tsp Black Salt
- 50 ML Water
Wash, drain and separate Corainder leaves from the long stem
Chop the Garlic
Put all ingredients into a Blender, add the water
Blend for a minute or two till paste is smooth
Enjoy as a dip with your favourite snack or Indian dish
